WOW! What great service, professionalism, and dedication! We took a shot in the dark and looked for a carpet cleaning service that could help us with “puppies-in-training” spots throughout our house … the research led to Chem-Dry and a local search brought forth Eric as our local savior. He came NEXT day at 4:00 – after other appointments – because I told him it was urgent. And it was a big job… Eric did not leave until after midnight and only after every spot was taken care of. And he did his job with grace and a smile and a story or two to share – what a pleasant, courteous, and humble person!

We are so happy that we met Eric and with the job he did – we feel like we’re in a new home. No smell, no spots – no headaches … a truly life-changing experience. 5 Stars (6 if I could give 6) and a VERY highly recommend.

I have been in the commercial retail environment for over 20 years. I am an Office Manager and work with getting contracts for our carpets cleaned. Used Nova Clean for the first time and couldn’t believe the results. I did a walk thru before they came, we had everything from spilled coffee, glue from mats glued down in front of exit/entrance doors, and stains we didn’t even know what they were as we have two kitchens and two breakrooms.

The crew was meticulous, professional, on time, pleasant to work with, and just all-around amazing. They did everything they were supposed to do and more! I was very surprised when we did a walk-through with them after they cleaned and what a difference. They worked so hard and we are very happy. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know.
